Results of the auctions:

 

October, 08, 2021. An auction for the right of subsoil use of Snegirinny subsoil plot was held in Khanty-Mansiysk city.

Applications were submitted by “RussNeft” Company and “Tomskaya Neft” Company and they were accepted for participating in the auction for the right to use Snegirinny subsoil plot.

The right to use the subsoil plot was sold at the first price increment of the auction. “RussNeft” Company paid 30,433,103 rubles and was recognized as the winner of the auction for Snegirinny subsoil plot right for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons (the final price was 1.1 times more than the initial price).

At an earlier time Kondinskiy 2, Kondinskiy 3, Kondinskiy 4, Kondinskiy 5, Vostochno - Varyngskiy, Kalinovy, Kotyg’’eganskiy, Salymskiy 6, Khanty-Mansiyskiy were removed from the auction.

 

September, 27, 2019. Auctions for the right of subsoil use for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons within Logovoy and Fobosskiy subsoil plots were held in Tyumen city.

Applications were submitted by Nefteburservis, LLC, «Samotlorneftepromkhim», LLC and they were accepted for participating in the auction for the right to use Fobosskiy subsoil plot.

The right to use the subsoil plot was sold at the first price increment of the auction. The successful bidder was Nefteburservis, LLC. Nefteburservis, LLC paid 114,308,700 rubles and was recognized as the winner of the auction for use Fobosskiy subsoil plot’s right for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons (the final price was 1.1 times more than the initial price).

Applications were submitted by LUKOIL-Komi, LLC, LUKOIL-West Siberia, LLC and they were accepted for participating in the auction for the right to use Logovoy subsoil plot.

The right to use the subsoil plot was sold at the first price increment of the auction. The successful bidder was LUKOIL-West Siberia, LLC. LUKOIL-West Siberia, LLC paid 101,069,100 rubles and was recognized as the winner of the auction for use Logovoy subsoil plot’s right for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons (the final price was 1.1 times more than the initial price).

 

September, 25, 2019. Auctions for the right of subsoil use for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons within Vayskiy 1, Vayskiy 2, Vayskiy 4 subsoil plots were held in Khanty-Mansiysk city.

Aygulskiy subsoil plot was removed from the auction due to the absence of applications for participation in the auction. Salymskiy 7 was removed from the auction due to the only one application is submitted.

Applications were submitted by “Surgutneftegaz”, OJSC, “Gazpromneft-Khantos”, LLC and they were accepted for participating in the auction for the right to use Vayskiy 1 subsoil plot.

The right to use the subsoil plot was sold at the first price increment of the auction. The successful bidder “Surgutneftegaz”, OJSC, “Surgutneftegaz”, OJSC  paid 40,617,500 rubles and was recognized as the winner of the auction for use Vayskiy 1 subsoil plot’s right for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons (the final price was 1.1 times more than the initial price).

Applications were submitted by “Surgutneftegaz”, OJSC, “Gazpromneft-Khantos”, LLC and they were accepted for participating in the auction for the right to use Vayskiy 2 subsoil plot.
The right to use the subsoil plot was sold at the first price increment of the auction. The successful bidder was “Surgutneftegaz” OJSC. “Surgutneftegaz”, OJSC  paid 13,974,400 rubles and was recognized as the winner of the auction for use Vayskiy 2 subsoil plot’s right for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons (the final price was 1.1 times more than the initial price).

Applications were submitted by “Surgutneftegaz”, OJSC, “Gazpromneft-Khantos”, LLC and they were accepted for participating in the auction for the right to use Vayskiy 4 subsoil plot.
The right to use the subsoil plot was sold at the first price increment of the auction. The successful bidder was “Surgutneftegaz”, OJSC. “Surgutneftegaz”, OJSC  paid 36,331,900 rubles and was recognized as the winner of the auction for use Vayskiy 4 subsoil plot’s right for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons (the final price was 1.1 times more than the initial price).

 

January, 30, 2019. Auctions for the right of subsoil use for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons within Verkhnenazymskiy, Vostochno-Shapshinskiy 1, Vostochno-Shapshinskiy 2 subsoil plots were held in Khanty-Mansiysk city.

Zapadno-Okrainny subsoil plot was removed from the auction due to the absence of applications.
Applications were submitted by LLC «RITEK», LLC “LUKOIL-West Siberia” and they were accepted for participating in the auction for the right to use Verkhnenazymskiy subsoil plot.

The right to use the subsoil plot was sold at the first price increment of the auction. The successful bidder was LLC «RITEK». LLC «RITEK» paid 142,914,200 rubles and was recognized as the winner of the auction for use Verkhnenazymskiy subsoil plot’s right for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons (the final price was 1.1 times more than the initial price).

Applications were submitted by Salym Petroleum Development N.V., PJSC «Rosneft», OJSC “Varyeganneft”, LLC “RN-Uvatneftegaz”, LLC “Gazpromneft-Angara” and they were accepted for participating in the auction for the right to use Vostochno-Shapshinskiy 1 subsoil plot.

Principal competitors for the right to use the subsoil plot were Salym Petroleum Development N.V., OJSC “Varyeganneft” and PJSC «Rosneft». The right to use the subsoil plot was sold at the 161 price increment of the auction. The successful bidder was Salym Petroleum Development N.V. Salym Petroleum Development N.V. paid 1,134,168,200 rubles and was recognized as the winner of the auction for use Vostochno-Shapshinskiy 1 subsoil plot’s right for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons (the final price was 78 times more than the initial price).

Applications were submitted by Salym Petroleum Development N.V., PJSC «Rosneft», LLC “RN-Uvatneftegaz” and LLC “Gazpromneft-Angara” and they were accepted for participating in the auction for the right to use Vostochno-Shapshinskiy 2 subsoil plot.

Principal competitors for the right to use the subsoil plot were Salym Petroleum Development N.V., PJSC «Rosneft» and LLC “Gazpromneft-Angara”. The right to use the subsoil plot was sold at the 96 price increment of the auction. The successful bidder was PJSC «Rosneft». PJSC «Rosneft» paid 200,096,200 rubles and was recognized as the winner of the auction for use Vostochno-Shapshinskiy 2 subsoil plot’s right for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons (the final price was 11 times more than the initial price).

 

November, 28, 2018. Auctions for the right of subsoil use for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons within Ay-Kurusskiy, Verkhnenazymskiy, Vostochno-Sheburskiy, Okrainny, Polevoy, Severo-Vayskiy, Srednevayskiy, Shugurskiy, Yuzhno-Sanlorskiy subsoil plots were held in Khanty-Mansiysk city.

Vostochno-Sheburskiy, Okrainny, and  Shugurskiy subsoil plots were removed from the auctions due to the absence of applications.

Verkhnenazymskiy subsoil plot was removed from the auctions due to the only one application is submitted.
Applications were submitted by PJSC «Surgutneftegaz», LLC «La-Manch», LLC «Severo-Aykurusskoye» and they were accepted for participating in the auction for the right to use Ay-Kurusskiy subsoil plot.

The right to use the subsoil plot was sold at the 10 price increment of the auction. The successful bidder was LLC «Severo-Aykurusskoye». LLC «Severo-Aykurusskoye» paid 939,160,000 rubles and was recognized as the winner of the auction for use Ay-Kurusskiy subsoil plot’s right for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons (the final price was 2 times more than the initial price).

Applications were submitted by OJSC “Slavneft-Megionneftegaz” and  LLC “Gazpromneft-Yamal» and they were accepted for participating in the auction for the right to use Polevoy subsoil plot.

The right to use the subsoil plot was sold at the 1 price increment of the auction. The successful bidder was OJSC “Slavneft-Megionneftegaz”. OJSC “Slavneft-Megionneftegaz” paid 244,640,000 rubles and was recognized as the winner of the auction for use Polevoy subsoil plot’s right for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons (the final price was 1.1 times more than the initial price).

Applications were submitted by PJSC «Surgutneftegaz», LLC «La-Manch», LLC “Gazpromneft-Yamal» and LLC “Gazpromneft-Khantos” and they were accepted for participating in the auction for the right to use Severo-Vayskiy subsoil plot.

Principal competitors for the right to use the subsoil plot were PJSC «Surgutneftegaz» and LLC “Gazpromneft-Khantos”. The right to use the subsoil plot was sold at the 15 price increment of the auction. The successful bidder was LLC “Gazpromneft-Khantos”. LLC “Gazpromneft-Khantos”  paid 750,150,000 rubles and was recognized as the winner of the auction for use Severo-Vayskiy subsoil plot’s right for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons (the final price was 2.5 times more than the initial price).

Applications were submitted by PJSC «Surgutneftegaz», LLC «La-Manch», LLC “Gazpromneft-Yamal» and LLC “Gazpromneft-Khantos” and they were accepted for participating in the auction for the right to use Srednevayskiy subsoil plot.

Principal competitors for the right to use the subsoil plot were PJSC «Surgutneftegaz» and LLC “Gazpromneft-Khantos”. The right to use the subsoil plot was sold at the 15 price increment of the auction. The successful bidder was LLC “Gazpromneft-Khantos”. LLC “Gazpromneft-Khantos”  paid 424,325,000 rubles and was recognized as the winner of the auction for use Srednevayskiy subsoil plot’s right for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons (the final price was 2.5 times more than the initial price).

Applications were submitted by PJSC «Surgutneftegaz», LLC «La-Manch», PJSC «Bachneft» and they were accepted for participating in the auction for the right to use Yuzhno-Sanlorskiy subsoil plot.

Principal competitors for the right to use the subsoil plot were PJSC «Surgutneftegaz» and PJSC «Bachneft».

The right to use the subsoil plot was sold at the 19 price increment of the auction. The successful bidder was PJSC «Surgutneftegaz». PJSC «Surgutneftegaz»  paid 1,468,647 rubles and was recognized as the winner of the auction for use Yuzhno-Sanlorskiy subsoil plot’s right for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons (the final price was 2.9 times more than the initial price).

 

July, 03, 2018. Auctions for the right of subsoil use for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons within Berezovskiy 56, 57, 58, Kumskiy, Lyaminskiy 4, Malotapskiy, Terpeevskiy, Uchininskiy, Yuzho-Chistinny 1, 3 subsoil plots were held in Khanty-Mansiysk city.

Berezovskiy 56, 57, 58, Lyaminskiy 4 subsoil plots were removed from the auctions due to the absence of applications.

Malotapskiy (LLC «Western Siberian oil and gas company») Terpeevskiy (LLC «LUKOIL-West Siberia»), Uchininskiy, Yuzho-Chistinny 1, 3 (LLC «Western Siberian oil and gas company») were removed from the auctions due to the only one application for participation in the auction.

Applications were submitted by LLC “Kievskoe”, LLC “Spetsgeostroy”, and they were accepted for participating in the auction for the right to use Kumskiy subsoil plot.

The right to use the subsoil plot was sold at the first price increment of the auction. The successful bidder was LLC “Kievskoe”. LLC “Kievskoe” paid 66,211,200 rubles and was recognized as the winner of the auction for use Kumskiy subsoil plot’s right for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons (the final price was 1.1 times more than the initial price).

 

March, 29, 2018. Auctions for the right of subsoil use for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons within Vostochno-Konitlorskiy, Vostochno-Chukhlorskiy, Karabashskiy 7, 8, 11-13, 17-21. 25-29, Lorsanskiy, Priozerny, Severo-Petelinskiy, Severo-Yagunskiy, Serginskiy 1, 2, 4, Yuzhno-Ay-Kurusskiy, Yuzhno-Yuganskiy 1 subsoil plots were held in Khanty-Mansiysk city. Karabashskiy 7, 8, 11-13, 20, 21, 28, 29, Lorsanskiy, Priozerny, Serginskiy 1, 2, 4 subsoil plots were removed from the auctions due to the absence of applications.

Vostochno-Konitlorskiy (OJSC "Surgutneftegaz"), Vostochno-Chukhlorskiy (LLC «LUKOIL-West Siberia»), Severo-Petelinskiy (PJSC «Rosneft») were removed from the auction due to the only one application for participation in the auction.

Yuzhno-Ay-Kurusskiy (OJSC "Surgutneftegaz"), Yuzhno-Yuganskiy 1 (OJSC "Slavneft-Megionneftegaz") subsoil plots were removed from the auctions due to the only one application is submitted. Applications were submitted by PJSC "Gazpromneft", JSC "Evrotek Yugra", LLC «LUKOIL-West Siberia», LLC "Argos" and they were accepted for participating in the auction for the right to use Karabashskiy 17 subsoil plot.

The right to use the subsoil plot was sold at the 239 price increment of the auction. The successful bidder was PJSC "Gazpromneft". PJSC "Gazpromneft" paid 201,597,000 rubles and was recognized as the winner of the auction for use Karabashskiy 17 subsoil plot's right for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons (the final price was 164 times more than the initial price).

Applications were submitted by PJSC "Gazpromneft", JSC "Evrotek Yugra", LLC «LUKOIL-West Siberia», LLC "Argos" and they were accepted for participating in the auction for the right to use Karabashskiy 18 subsoil plot.

The right to use the subsoil plot was sold at the 183 price increment of the auction. The successful bidder was PJSC "Gazpromneft". PJSC "Gazpromneft" paid 98,310,300 rubles and was recognized as the winner of the auction for use Karabashskiy 18 subsoil plot's right for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons (the final price was 102 times more than the initial price).

Applications were submitted by PJSC "Gazpromneft" and JSC "Evrotek-Yugra", and they were accepted for participating in the auction for the right to use Karabashskiy 19 subsoil plot.

The right to use the subsoil plot was sold at the 1 price increment of the auction. The successful bidder was PJSC "Gazpromneft". PJSC "Gazpromneft" paid 1,049,400 rubles and was recognized as the winner of the auction for use Karabashskiy 19 subsoil plot's right for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons (the final price was 1.1 times more than the initial price).

Applications were submitted by PJSC "Gazpromneft", JSC "Evrotek-Yugra", LLC «LUKOIL-West Siberia», LLC "Argos" and they were accepted for participating in the auction for the right to use Karabashskiy 25 subsoil plot.

The right to use the subsoil plot was sold at the 230 price increment of the auction. The successful bidder was PJSC "Gazpromneft". PJSC "Gazpromneft" paid 186,266,000 rubles and was recognized as the winner of the auction for use Karabashskiy 25 subsoil plot's right for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons (the final price was 154 times more than the initial price).

Applications were submitted by PJSC "Gazpromneft", JSC "Evrotek-Yugra", LLC «LUKOIL-West Siberia», LLC "Argos" and they were accepted for participating in the auction for the right to use Karabashskiy 26 subsoil plot.

The right to use the subsoil plot was sold at the 206 price increment of the auction. The successful bidder was PJSC "Gazpromneft". PJSC "Gazpromneft" paid 97,103,600 rubles and was recognized as the winner of the auction for use Karabashskiy 26 subsoil plot's right for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons (the final price was 128 times more than the initial price).

Applications were submitted by PJSC "Gazpromneft", JSC "Evrotek-Yugra" and they were accepted for participating in the auction for the right to use Karabashskiy 27 subsoil plot.

The right to use the subsoil plot was sold at the first price increment of the auction. The successful bidder was PJSC "Gazpromneft". PJSC "Gazpromneft" paid 874,500 rubles and was recognized as the winner of the auction for use Karabashskiy 27 subsoil plot's right for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons (the final price was 1.1 times more than the initial price).

Applications were submitted by LLC «LUKOIL-West Siberia», LLC "Argos" and they were accepted for participating in the auction for the right to use Severo-Yagunskiy subsoil plot.

The right to use the subsoil plot was sold at the first price increment of the auction. The successful bidder was LLC «LUKOIL-West Siberia». LLC «LUKOIL-West Siberia» paid 183,954,100 rubles and was recognized as the winner of the auction for use Severo-Yagunskiy subsoil plot's right for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons (the final price was 1.1 times more than the initial price).

 

February, 08, 2018. Auctions for the right of subsoil use for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons of Ledyanoy and Nezhdany subsoil plots were held in Khanty-Mansiysk city.
Nezhdany subsoil plot was removed from the auction due to the absence of applications.

Applications were submitted by PJSC «Rosneft», LLC «RN-Uvatneftegaz» and they were accepted for participating in the auction for the right to use Ledyanoy subsoil plot.

The right to use the subsoil plot was sold at the 1 price increment of the auction. The successful bidder was PJSC «Rosneft». PJSC «Rosneft» paid 380,547,200 rubles and was recognized as the winner of the auction for Ledyanoy subsoil plot’s right for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons (the final price was 1.1 times more than the initial price).

 

September, 28, 2017. Auction for the right of subsoil use of Zapadno-Livadiyskiy subsoil plot was held in Khanty-Mansiysk city.

At an earlier time Borovoy, Vostochno-Kamskiy, Vostochno-Tolumskiy, Zapadno-Bakhilovskiy, Zapadno-Vadmtorskiy, Zapadno-Nikolskiy, Kalinovy, Koty’’eganskiy, Litvakovskiy, Sote-Yuganskiy, Yuzhno-Trekhozerny and Yanlotskiy subsoil plots were removed from the auction due to the absence of applications.

Applications were submitted by LLC “LUKOIL-West Siberia”, and LLC «Argos» and they were accepted for participating in the auction for the right to use Zapadno-Livadiyskiy subsoil plot.

The right to use the subsoil plot was sold at the first price increment of the auction.

LLC “LUKOIL-West Siberia” paid 206,351,200 rubles and was recognized as the winner of the auction for the Zapadno-Livadiyskiy subsoil plot’s right for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons (the final price was 1.1 times more than the initial price).

 

July, 12, 2017. An auction for the right of subsoil use Erginskiy subsoil plot of federal significance including part of Priobskoe oil field was held in Moscow.

Applications were submitted by PJSC “Rosneft”, LLC “RN-Uvatneftegaz”, LLC “Gazpromneft-Khantos”, LLC “PionerGeo” and they were accepted for participating in the auction for the right to use Erginskiy subsoil plot.

The right to use the subsoil plot was sold at the 17 price increment of the auction. PJSC “Rosneft” paid 20,071,000,000 rubles and was recognized as the winner of the auction for the Erginskiy subsoil plot of federal significance including part of Priobskoe oil field’s right for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons (the final price was 2.8 times more than the initial price).

 

December, 27, 2016. The results of the tenders for the right of subsoil use within Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug-Yugra’s Ay-Yaunskiy and Nazymskiy subsoil plots for prospecting, exploration and production were announced.

Ay-Yaunskiy subsoil plot’s feasibility studies were presented by PJSC «Rosneft» as a single tenderer. The tender did not take place due to a single tenderer and a tendering committee gave a right of subsoil use to the single tenderer

 

December, 15, 2016. An auction for the right of subsoil use Zapadno-Chistinny subsoil plot was held in Khanty-Mansiysk city.
At an earlier time Severo-Ingolskiy, Okrainny, Igrimskiy, Severo-Kazymskiy, Suprinskiy, Kulyeganskiy, Karabashskiy subsoil plots were removed from the auction due to the absence of applications and Ledyanoy, Nezhdany were removed too but due to the only one application is submitted.
Applications were submitted by LLC “Gazpromneft-Khantos” and OJSC “Slavneft-Megionneftegaz” and they were accepted for participating in the auction for the right to use Zapadno-Chistinny subsoil plot.

The right to use the subsoil plot was sold at the first price increment of the auction. OJSC “Slavneft-Megionneftegaz” paid 207,985,800 rubles and was recognized as the winner of the auction for the Zapadno-Chistinny subsoil plot’s right for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons (the final price was 1.1 times more than the initial price).

 

November, 24, 2016. Auctions for the right of subsoil use of Berezovskiy 11, Vonterskiy, Vostochno-Tyumenskiy, Severo-Tukanskiy and Shchuchiy subsoil plots were held in Khanty-Mansiysk city.
At an earlier time Ay-Kurusskiy, Mytayakhinskiy, Yuzhno-Sanlorskiy, Yuzhno-Khangokurtskiy were removed from the auction due to the only one application for participation in the auction.

Applications were submitted by LLC «Vneshtopprom», LLC «ASB GEO», LLC «Alliance-Oil Production» and they were accepted for participating in the auction for the right to use Berezovskiy 11 subsoil plot.
The right to use the subsoil plot was sold at the 52 price increment of the auction.
LLC «Vneshtopprom» paid 10,354,000 rubles and was recognized as the winner of the auction for the Berezovskiy 11 subsoil plot’s right for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons (the final price was 6.2 times more than the initial price).

Applications were submitted by JSC «Nizhnevartovsk Oil and Gas Production Company», JSC «Varyeganneft», PJSC «Rosneft» and they were accepted for participating in the auction for the right to use Vonterskiy subsoil plot. The right to use the subsoil plot was sold at the 21 price increment of the auction.
JSC «Nizhnevartovsk Oil and Gas Production Company» paid 1,302,802,900 rubles and was recognized as the winner of the auction for the Vonterskiy subsoil plot’s right for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons (the final price was 3.1 times more than the initial price).

Applications were submitted by JSC «Samotlorneftegaz» and PJSC «Rosneft» and they were accepted for participating in the auction for the right to use Vostochno-Tyumenskiy subsoil plot. The right to use the subsoil plot was sold at the first price increment of the auction.
JSC «Samotlorneftegaz» paid 137,696,900 rubles and was recognized as the winner of the auction for the Vostochno-Tyumenskiy subsoil plot’s right for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons (the final price was 1.1 times more than the initial price).

Applications were submitted by OJSC «Surgutneftegaz» and LLC «La-Manch» and they were accepted for participating in the auction for the right to use Severo-Tukanskiy subsoil plot. The right to use the subsoil plot was sold at the first price increment of the auction.
OJSC «Surgutneftegaz» paid 7,894,700 rubles and was recognized as the winner of the auction for the Severo-Tukanskiy subsoil plot’s right for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons (the final price was 1.1 times more than the initial price).

Applications were submitted by LLC «LUKOIL-West Siberia» and LLC «Argos» and they were accepted for participating in the auction for the right to use Shchuchiy subsoil plot. The right to use the subsoil plot was sold at the first price increment of the auction.

LLC «LUKOIL-West Siberia» paid 83,787,000 rubles and was recognized as the winner of the auction for the Shchuchiy subsoil plot’s right for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons (the final price was 1.1 times more than the initial price).

 

September, 26, 2016. An auction for the right of subsoil use within Severo-Aykurusskiy subsoil plot of Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug-Yugra for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons was held in Tyumen city.

Applications were submitted by LLC «CanBaikal» and LLC  “Enterprise of high technology Sibintek” and they were accepted for participating in the auction for the right to use Severo-Aykurusskiy subsoil plot.
The right to use the subsoil plot was sold at the 3 price increment of the auction. LLC «CanBaikal» paid 5,616,000 rubles and was recognized as the winner of the auction for Severo-Aykurusskiy subsoil plot’s right for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons (the final price was 1.2 times more than the initial price).

Applications were submitted by LLC «CanBaikal», LLC “RN-Uvatneftegaz”, LLC «Gazpromneft-Khantos», LLC «Yuganskiy 3» and they were accepted for participating in the auction for the right to use Binshtokovskiy subsoil plot.
The right to use the subsoil plot was sold at the 13 price increment of the auction.

LLC «Yuganskiy 3» paid 778,550,000 rubles and was recognized as the winner of the auction for the Binshtokovskiy subsoil plot’s right for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons (the final price was 2.3 times more than the initial price).

 

June, 15, 2016. Auctions for the right of subsoil use for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons within Vostochno-Chupalskiy, Zapadno-Multanovskiy, Yuganskiy 3, 13, 16, 18, 19, 20, 21, Yuzhno-Kholmogorskiy subsoil plots of Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug-Yugra were held in Khanty-Mansiysk city.
At an earlier time Severo-Aykurusskiy subsoil plot was removed from the auction due to one of two applicants was not accepted for participating.

Applications were submitted by LLC «Vostochno-Chupalskiy», LLC «La-Manch», OJSC «Surgutneftegaz» and they were accepted for participating in the auction for the right to use Vostochno-Chupalskiy subsoil plot.
Principal competitors for the right to use the subsoil plot were LLC «Vostochno-Chupalskiy» and OJSC “Surgutneftegaz”.
The right to use the subsoil plot was sold at the 157 price increment of the auction.
OJSC «Surgutneftegaz» paid 117,625,200 rubles and was recognized as the winner of the auction for the Vostochno-Chupalskiy subsoil plot’s right for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons (the final price was 74 times more than the initial price).

OJSC «Surgutneftegaz» paid 1,875,500 rubles and was recognized as the winner of the auction for the Yuganskiy 3 subsoil plot’s right for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons (the final price was 1.1 times more than the initial price).
Applications were submitted by LLC «La-Manch», OJSC «Surgutneftegaz», OJSC «Rosneft», LLC «Zapadno-Multanovskiy» and they were accepted for participating in the auction for the right to use Zapadno-Multanovskiy subsoil plot. LLC «Zapadno-Multanovskiy» paid 263,286,100 rubles and was recognized as the winner of the auction for the Zapadno-Multanovskiy subsoil plot’s right for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons (the final price was 34 times more than the initial price).
Applications were submitted by LLC «RN-Uvatneftegaz», LLC «La-Manch», OJSC «Surgutneftegaz» and they were accepted for participating in the auction for the right to use Yuganskiy 13 subsoil plot. The right to use the subsoil plot was sold at the 186 price increment of the auction.

LLC «RN-Uvatneftegaz» paid 355,766,400 rubles and was recognized as the winner of the auction for the Yuganskiy 13 subsoil plot’s right for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons (the final price was 106 times more than the initial price).

Applications were submitted by LLC « Yuganskiy 16», LLC «RN-Uvatneftegaz», LLC «La-Manch» and OJSC «Surgutneftegaz» and they were accepted for participating in the auction for the right to use Yuganskiy 16 subsoil plot. The right to use the subsoil plot was sold at the 148 price increment of the auction.

LLC «Yuganskiy 16» paid 155,927,200 rubles and was recognized as the winner of the auction for the Yuganskiy 16 subsoil plot’s right for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons (the final price was 64 times more than the initial price).

Applications were submitted by LLC « Yuganskiy 18», LLC «RN-Uvatneftegaz», LLC «La-Manch» and OJSC «Surgutneftegaz» and they were accepted for participating in the auction for the right to use Yuganskiy 18 subsoil plot. The right to use the subsoil plot was sold at the 193 price increment of the auction.

LLC «Yuganskiy 18» paid 275,319,000 rubles and was recognized as the winner of the auction for the Yuganskiy 18 subsoil plot’s right for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons (the final price was 113 times more than the initial price).

LLC «Yuganskiy 19» paid 202,109,600 rubles and was recognized as the winner of the auction for the Yuganskiy 19 subsoil plot’s right for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons (the final price was 75 times more than the initial price).

Applications were submitted by LLC «Yuganskiy 20», LLC «RN-Uvatneftegaz», LLC «La-Manch» and OJSC «Surgutneftegaz» and they were accepted for participating in the auction for the right to use Yuganskiy 20 subsoil plot. The right to use the subsoil plot was sold at the 172 price increment of the auction.
LLC «RN-Uvatneftegaz» paid 295,224,600 rubles and was recognized as the winner of the auction for the Yuganskiy 20 subsoil plot’s right for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons (the final price was 90 times more than the initial price).

Applications were submitted by LLC «Yuganskiy 21», LLC «RN-Uvatneftegaz», LLC «La-Manch» and OJSC «Surgutneftegaz» and they were accepted for participating in the auction for the right to use Yuganskiy 21 subsoil plot. The right to use the subsoil plot was sold at the 146 price increment of the auction.
LLC «Yuganskiy 21» paid 233,340,800 rubles and was recognized as the winner of the auction for the Yuganskiy 21 subsoil plot’s right for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons (the final price was 62 times more than the initial price).

Applications were submitted by LLC «Argos», LLC «LUKOIL-West Siberia» and they were accepted for participating in the auction for the right to use Yuzhno-Kholmogorskiy subsoil plot. The right to use the subsoil plot was sold at the first price increment of the auction.

LLC «LUKOIL-West Siberia» paid 11,368,500 rubles and was recognized as the winner of the auction for the Yuzhno-Kholmogorskiy subsoil plot’s right for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons (the final price was 1.1 times more than the initial price).

OJSC “Multi-Utility Company Aganneftegazgeologia” paid 21,071,400 rubles and was recognized as the winner of the auction for Yuganskiy 44 subsoil plot’s right for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons (the final price was 2.9 times more than the initial price).

 

July, 01, 2015. An auction for the right of subsoil use of Yuil’skiy 3 subsoil plot was held in Khanty-Mansiysk city.

At an earlier time Severo-Vayskiy subsoil plot was removed from the auction due to the absence of applications; Lyaminskiy 6, 15, 16, 18, 19, Pomutskiy 9, 10, 11, Severo-It’yakhskiy 1, Yuzhno-It’yakhskiy, Yuil’skiy 2, 6, 7, 8, 13, 14 subsoil plots were removed from the auction due to the only one application for participation in the auction.

Applications were submitted by OJSC “RITEK” and LLC “Gazpromneft-Angara” and they were accepted for participating in the auction for the right to use Yuil’skiy 3 subsoil plot.

The right to use the subsoil plot was sold at the 2 price increment of the auction. The successful bidder was LLC “Gazpromneft-Angara”. LLC “Gazpromneft-Angara” paid 18,704,400 rubles and was recognized as the winner of the auction for Yuil’skiy 3 subsoil plot’s right for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons (the final price was 1.2 times more than the initial price).

 

June, 13, 2015. The results of the tender for the right of subsoil use of Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug-Yugra’s Gavrikovskiy subsoil plot for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons were announced.

A notification of the tender holding was published on January, 14, 2015.

On 24.02.2015 Moscow Arbitration Court rendered a decision followed by the claim of LLC “RN-Uvatneftegaz” and suspended the open tender holding for the right of Gavrikovskiy subsoil plot’s subsoil use.

LLC “RN-Uvatneftegaz” referred to the Court of Moscow city about unlawful acts of Federal Agency for Subsoil Use consisting in including a condition of feed processing in processing companies located in the Rostov region in the open tender’s conditions of recognizing the winner for the right of subsoil use of Gavrikovskiy subsoil plot for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons, including Gavrikovskoe oil field (notification dated 14.01.2015 № 130115/0961508/01). The company claimed to delete the condition of feed processing in processing companies located in the Rostov region from “Terms and conditions of tender holding for the right of subsoil use of Gavrikovskiy subsoil plot” approved by the order № 05 dated 13.01.2015 of Rosnedra (Federal Agency for Subsoil Use) “Regarding tender holding for the right of subsoil use of Gavrikovskoye field”.

The Moscow Arbitration Court found the case invalid, denied to satisfy the claim and delayed tender holding on June, 03, 2015.

LLC “NZNP Trade” and LLC “Gazpromneft-Khantos” were accepted for participating in the tender. LLC “NZNP Trade” recognized as a winner of right for subsoil plot using by the order of Federal Agency for Subsoil Use № 392 dated 09.06.2015 “Regarding approval of results of the tender for the right of subsoil use of Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug-Yugra’s Gavrikovskiy subsoil plot for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons”.

 

May, 26, 2015. The results of the tender for the right of subsoil use of Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug-Yugra’s Nizhniy Roslavl’skiy subsoil plot for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons were announced.
Nizhniy Roslavl’skiy subsoil plot’s feasibility studies were presented by OJSC “Multi-utility company Aganneftegazgeologia” as a single tenderer. The tender did not take place due to a single tenderer and a tendering committee gave a right of subsoil use to the single tenderer (OJSC “Multi-utility company Aganneftegazgeologia”).

 

April, 09, 2015. Auctions for the right of subsoil use of Zabolotny and Yuganskiy 15 subsoil plots were held in Khanty-Mansiysk city.

At an earlier time Ay-Yaunskiy, Panlorskiy 1, Priozerny, Yuganskiy 2 subsoil plots were removed from the auctions due to the only one application is submitted or the absence of applications for participation in the auction.
Applications were submitted by OJSC “Surgutneftegaz” and OJSC “Rosneft” and they were accepted for participating in the auction for the right to use Zabolotny subsoil plot.

The right to use the subsoil plot was sold at the 3 price increment of the auction. Applications were submitted by OJSC “Surgutneftegaz” and LLC “RN-Uvatneftegaz” and they were accepted for participating in the auction for the right to use Yuganskiy 15 subsoil plot.

The right to use the subsoil plot was sold at the 122 price increment of the auction. The successful bidder was OJSC “Surgutneftegaz”. OJSC “Surgutneftegaz” paid 461,366,400 rubles and was recognized as the winner of the auction for Yuganskiy 15  subsoil plot’s right for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons (the final price was 35.2 times more than the initial price).

The total bonus of signing for the right to use the two subsoil plots amounted to 604,938,000 rubles.

 

April, 09, 2015. Auctions for the right of subsoil use of Zabolotny and Yuganskiy 15 subsoil plots were held in Khanty-Mansiysk city.

January, 28, 2015. Auctions for the right of subsoil use of Zapadno-Zimniy, Maloyuganskiy, Nyalinskiy, Panlorskiy 4, Panlorskiy 5 subsoil plots were held in Khanty-Mansiysk city.

Applications were submitted by OJSC Surgutneftegaz, LLC La-Manch, OJSC Gazpromneft-Noyabrskneftegaz, LLC Gazpromneft-Khantos and LLC Siberian oil and gas company and they were accepted for participating in the auction for the right to use Zapadno-Zimniy subsoil plot. At first, LLC Siberian oil and gas company, OJSC Surgutneftegaz and LLC Gazpromneft-Khantos stayed on in the contention up to the 10 bid increment. Afterwards LLC Siberian oil and gas company dropped and the other continued. The right to use the subsoil plot was sold at the 54 price increment of the auction. LLC Gazpromneft-Khantos paid 720,992,000 rubles and was recognized as the winner of the auction for Zapadno-Zimniy subsoil plot’s right for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons (the final price was 6.4 times more than the initial price).

Applications were submitted by OJSC Gazpromneft-Noyabrskneftegaz, OJSC Rosneft, LLC Gazpromneft-Khantos and they were accepted for participating in the auction for the right to use Maloyuganskiy subsoil plot. The successful bidder was LLC Gazpromneft-Angara. September, 25, 2014. Auctions for the right of subsoil use of Vostochno-Nikolkiy, Vostochno-Yanchinskiy, Vostochno-Tokayskiy and Zapadno-Polunyakhskiy subsoil plots were held in Khanty-Mansiysk city.

At an earlier time Vostochno-Tyumenskiy, Nezhdanny, Severo-Ingolskiy, Srednevayskiy, Yuzhno-Khangokurtskiy and Vonterskiy subsoil plots were removed from the auctions due to the only one application is submitted or the absence of applications for participation in the auction.

LLC LUKOIL-West Siberia paid 251,980,800 rubles and was recognized as the winner of the auction for the Vostochno-Yanchinskiy subsoil plot’s right for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons (the final price was 1,2 times more than the initial price).

 

Applications were submitted by OJSC Rosneft, LLC Petrotek-Neft, LLC RN-Uvatneftegaz, OJSC Surgutneftegaz and they were accepted for participating in the auction for the right to use Vostochno-Tokayskiy subsoil plot.

OJSC Total Exploration Development Timano-Pechora paid 101 002 200 rubles and was recognized as the winner of the auction for the Yemangalskiy 3 subsoil plot’s right for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons (the final price was 2,6 times more than the initial price).

 

Applications were submitted by OJSC Rosneft, OJSC Gazpromneft-Noyabrskneftegaz, LLC Gazpromneft-Khantos and LLC LUKOIL-West Siberia and they were accepted for participating in the auction for the right to use Otdelny subsoil plot.
Principal competitors for the right to use the subsoil plot were OJSC Gazpromneft-Noyabrskneftegaz and LLC LUKOIL-West Siberia. The right to use the subsoil plot was sold at the 17 price increment of the auction. The successful bidder was OJSC Gazpromneft-Noyabrskneftegaz.
OJSC Gazpromneft-Noyabrskneftegaz paid 767 788 000 rubles and was recognized as the winner of the auction for the Otdelny subsoil plot’s right for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons (the final price was 1,7 times more than the initial price).

 

Applications were submitted by OJSC Rosneft, LLC Beymont, OJSC Surgutneftegaz, LLC La-Manch and OJSC Bachneft and they were accepted for participating in the auction for the right to use Yuganskiy 10 subsoil plot.
At first, LLC Beymont and OJSC Surgutneftegaz stayed on in the contention up to the 9 bid increment. Afterwards LLC Beymont dropped and the next competitor of OJSC Surgutneftegaz became OJSC Bachneft. The right to use the subsoil plot was sold at the 150 price increment of the auction.
OJSC Surgutneftegaz paid 234 288 000 rubles and was recognized as the winner of the auction for the Yuganskiy 10 subsoil plot’s right for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons (the final price was 16 times more than the initial price).

 

Applications were submitted by OJSC Rosneft, LLC RN-Uvatneftegaz, LLC Beymont, OJSC Surgutneftegaz, LLC La-Manch and OJSC Bachneft and they were accepted for participating in the auction for the right to use Yuganskiy 11 subsoil plot.
Principal competitors for the right to use the subsoil plot were OJSC Surgutneftegaz and LLC RN-Uvatneftegaz. The right to use the subsoil plot was sold at the 300 price increment of the auction.
LLC RN-Uvatneftegaz paid 430 187 000 rubles and was recognized as the winner of the auction for the Yemangalskiy 11 subsoil plot’s right for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons (the final price was 31 times more than the initial price).

 

Applications were submitted by OJSC Rosneft, LLC RN-Uvatneftegaz, LLC Beymont, OJSC Surgutneftegaz, LLC La-Manch and OJSC Bachneft and they were accepted for participating in the auction for the right to use Yuganskiy 12 subsoil plot.
Principal competitors for the right to use the subsoil plot were OJSC Surgutneftegaz and LLC RN-Uvatneftegaz. The right to use the subsoil plot was sold at the 401 price increment of the auction.
LLC RN-Uvatneftegaz paid 545 684 700 rubles and was recognized as the winner of the auction for the Yemangalskiy 12 subsoil plot’s right for prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons (the final price was 41 times more than the initial price).

 

The total bonus of signing for the right to use the six subsoil plots amounted to 2 280,521 million rubles.

 

 

30 января 2014 года состоялся аукцион с целью выявления победителя на право пользования Южно-Конитлорским участком недр. 

На аукцион  были поданы заявки и допущены к участию ОАО «Сургутнефтегаз», ООО «Ла-манш» и ОАО НК «Роснефть».  Победителем аукциона на право пользования недрами с целью разведки и добычи углеводородного сырья признано ОАО «Сургутнефтегаз»  с итоговой суммой разового платежа   2032,8 млн.руб.

 

19 ноября 2013 года состоялся аукцион с целью выявления победителя на право пользования Новонялинским участком недр. 

Ранее с торгов были сняты Игримский, Мытаяхинский, и Ай-Курусский участки по причине отсутствия заявок.

На аукцион  были поданы заявки и допущены к участию ОАО «Сургутнефтегаз» и ООО «Ла-манш».  Победителем аукциона на право пользования недрами с целью геологического изучения, разведки и добычи признано ОАО «Сургутнефтегаз»  с итоговой суммой разового платежа   205,678 млн.руб.

 

31 января  2013 года в г. Ханты-Мансийск состоялись аукционы на право пользования Западно-Туканским, Туканским и Южно-Туканским   участками недр. 

На Западно-Туканский   участок недр были поданы заявки и допущены к участию в аукционе  ОАО «Сургутнефтегаз»,  ООО «Ла-Манш» и ООО «Тарховское».

Победителем аукциона на право пользования недрами с целью геологического изучения, разведки и добычи признано ОАО «Сургутнефтегаз» с итоговой суммой разового платежа  676,4 млн.руб.

На Туканский   участок недр были поданы заявки и допущены к участию в аукционе  ОАО «Сургутнефтегаз»,  ООО «Ла-Манш» и ООО «Тарховское».

Победителем аукциона на право пользования недрами с целью геологического изучения, разведки и добычи признано ОАО «Сургутнефтегаз» с итоговой суммой разового платежа  440 млн.руб.

На Южно-Туканский   участок недр были поданы заявки и допущены к участию в аукционе  ОАО «Сургутнефтегаз» и   ООО «Ла-Манш».

Победителем аукциона на право пользования недрами с целью геологического изучения, разведки и добычи признано ОАО «Сургутнефтегаз» с итоговой суммой разового платежа  357,5  млн.руб.

 

25 декабря  2012 года состоялся аукцион на право пользования участком   недр федерального значения, включающего включающий месторождения Имилорское+Западно-Имилорское и Источное.      Победителем аукциона на право пользования недрами с целью геологического изучения, разведки и добычи признано ООО «Лукойл-Западная Сибирь»  с итоговой суммой разового платежа  50 800 млн.руб.

 

25 декабря  2012 года состоялся аукцион на право пользования Южно-Мыхпайским участком недр.

На аукцион  были поданы заявки и допущены к участию ОАО «Самотлорнефтегаз» и  ООО «Тарховское».  Победителем аукциона на право пользования недрами с целью геологического изучения, разведки и добычи признано ОАО «Самотлорнефтегаз»  с итоговой суммой разового платежа   463,1 млн.руб.

 

25 декабря  2012 года состоялся аукцион на право пользования Южно-Узунским участком недр.

На аукцион  были поданы заявки и допущены к участию ОАО «Нижневартовское нефтегазодобывающее предприятие» и  ООО «Тарховское».  Победителем аукциона на право пользования недрами с целью геологического изучения, разведки и добычи признано ОАО «Нижневартовское нефтегазодобывающее предприятие»  с итоговой суммой разового платежа   184,8 млн.руб.

Ранее с торгов были сняты Ай-Курусский, Ай-Яунский, Вонтерский,  Восточно-Юкъяунский, Онтохский, Южно-Санлорский  по причине отсутствия заявок.

 

18 декабря  2012 года состоялся аукцион на право пользования участком   недр федерального значения, включающего часть месторождения им. Шпильмана (Северо-Рогожниковское) для геологического изучения, разведки и добычи углеводородного сырья.
         Победителем аукциона на право пользования недрами с целью геологического изучения, разведки и добычи признано ОАО «Сургутнефтегаз»  с итоговой суммой разового платежа  46 200 млн.руб.

 

17 октября 2012 года состоялся аукцион на право пользования Емангальским участком недр.

На Емангальский участок недр были поданы заявки и допущены к участию в аукционе ОАО «Сургутнефтегаз» и ООО «Ла-манш».

Победителем аукциона на право пользования недрами с целью геологического изучения, разведки и добычи признано ОАО «Сургутнефтегаз» с итоговой суммой разового платежа 352,6 млн.руб.

Ранее с торгов были сняты Верхненазымский, Западно-Сабунский 1, Котыгъеганский, Малоюганский, Северо-Вайский и Средневайский участки Ханты-Мансийского автономного округа - Югры по причине наличия одной заявки и отсутствия заявок.

 

5 сентября 2012 года состоялся аукцион на право пользования Восточно-Икилорским  участком недр.

На Восточно-Икилорский  участок недр были поданы заявки и допущены к участию в аукционе  ООО «Аргос» и ООО «Лукойл-Западная Сибирь».

Победителем аукциона на право пользования недрами с целью геологического изучения, разведки и добычи признано ООО «Лукойл-Западная Сибирь» с итоговой суммой разового платежа  187,55 млн.руб.

Ранее с торгов были сняты Бинштоковский, Вартовский 4, Вартовский 5,  Западно-Валюнинский 1, Западно-Валюнинский 2, Западно-Вынгапуровский, Западно-Ливадийский, Северо-Выинтойский 1, Северо-Выинтойский  2, Северо-Новоортъягунский 1, Северо-Новоортъягунский 2  по причине отсутствия заявок.
